As-salamu alaykum

I’m Alivia

Self-Empowerment & Spiritual Life Coach for Muslim women.

Here is a little about me:

☑ I hold a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies.

☑ Currently applying to graduate school to pursue counseling.

☑ I work full-time in admin and coach women part-time.

☑ I also run a blog where I share reflections on healing, faith, and self-growth.

Here are some things I enjoy doing:

ㅤ♡ Hiking

ㅤ♡ Reading self-development and Islamic books

ㅤ♡Pilates

ㅤ♡Spending time with my family

ㅤ♡Learning Quran

ㅤ♡Playing with my three cats

But life hasn’t always felt this nice or fulfilling…

Not long ago…

➔I went through an unexpected divorce…

➔ I struggled to love myself and my body…

➔ As a revert, I often felt alone, disconnected from family and community at times..

➔ I was clueless about what I wanted to do with my life..

➔ I doubted my worth and felt far from Allah…

What changed my life?

♡ Making heartfelt dua.

♡ Practicing daily gratitude.

♡ Speaking kindly to myself.

♡ Letting go of limiting beliefs.

♡ Quit self-sabotaging myself after discovering my worth.

♡Learning who Allah truly is — Al-Wadud (The Most Loving).

Alhumdulliah, I live with more purpose, more peace, and have a growing relationship with Allah.

Don’t get me wrong, I still have hard days, but I no longer lie in dread and create negative delusions about myself. I find something to be grateful for, engage in something I love to do, and give it to Allah.

My intention is to help women who are…

➔ Struggling with self-confidence and self-worth

➔ Unsure about their life direction or purpose

➔ Battling loneliness or feeling disconnected

➔ Navigating identity struggles, especially as reverts

➔ Feeling distant from Allah or spiritually lost

➔ Dealing with communication issues or poor relationships

➔ Letting past mistakes hold you back from future successes or becoming a better Muslim

➔ Tired of feeling stuck, anxious, and feeling like they’re back at “square one”

➔Needing accountability or a “push” in the right direction

Al-Wadud, The Most Loving, loves you

Al-Malik, The King of all of the Worlds, values you

Al-Wahhab,The Bestower of All Gifts, has so much he wants to grant you

And Surely your Lord will give you so much to you that you will be pleased”

—Surah Duha (93:51)
